احنا في لوكاليستا فهمنا التحدي اللي بيواجه مجتمعنا و حطينا هدف قدمنا و علشان نحققه لازم تساعدنا ، احنا هيبقي اعتمادنا كله علي المنتجات المحلية هنبدأ بمنتجات للعناية بالشعر و البشرة ومنها لمنتجات تانية كتير قريب ان شاء الله

وعلى الجانب المجتمعي بإختيارك لوكاليستا ، انت كده بتدعم السوق المحلي و اعتمدنا بيزيد اكتر على المنتج المحلي ، فـ احنا متأكدين ان كل عملية بتعملها دا بيساهم في تطوير السوق المحلي وبالتالي اقتصاد البلد بشكل عام.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

للمنتجات غير المستحضرات التجميلية (منتجات التخسيس والنحافة):

يمكنكم طلب استرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات غير المستحضرات التجميلية خلال مدة لا تزيد عن 14 يومًا اعتبارًا من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

يتحمل العميل رسوم إجمالية قدرها 80 جنيهًا في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال.

يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة وتحمل جميع العبوات والعلامات الأصلية.

المنتجات المستحضرات التجميلية:

للأسف، لا يمكننا قبول أي استرجاع أو استبدال للمنتجات المستحضرات التجميلية. هذا يشمل المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة والتي لم تكن في حالتها الأصلية عند الاستلام.

إجراءات الاسترجاع والاستبدال:

في حالة رغبتكم في الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف المذكورين أدناه.

سيتم ترتيب جدول زمني لإجراءات الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال بعد التحقق من مطابقة المنتجات لشروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال المذكورة أعلاه.

استرداد المبلغ: سيتم إعادة المبلغ المسترد في حسابكم عند استلامنا للمنتجات والتحقق من حالتها.
